The staff there are unprofessional and management has many problems with turnover. I’ve seen urine on the floor in the residents room and no one making an attempt to clean it. I’ve seen a broken bed and an elderly resident left there lopsided on the bed until I pointed it out. One resident was not given an important medication and almost lapsed into a coma. One CNA in particular named Mona was the worst- always making excuses.
